    Summer Reading Program

    June 30th - August 7th

    Register for our free summer reading program in which you can enjoy whatever books you prefer and earn some goodies along the way!

    Program is FREE & open to all kids preschool through graduation.

    Weekly In-House Crafts



    Each week there will be a different craft available for you to complete and take home. Free. No registration. Just stop by the Children’s Room during our normal business hours.

    While you’re here picking out your next book to read, you can play any or all of our games. Free. No Registration.

    After you register for Summer Reading, check out your first book and earn a free ice cream coupon for Stewarts’ Shops.

    Book to Keep


    You’ll add a sticker for every hour spent reading, listening to reading, or being read to. Your 1st hour earns you a free book to keep!

    Raffle Prizes


    The more you read, the more chances you have to win! Every hour read earns a ticket and you choose which raffle or raffles you want to enter: High Rollers, Mariaville Goat Farm, Springer’s Farm, Utica Zoo, Wildplay Thacher, VIA Aquarium!

    Commotion in the Ocean

    WEDNESDAYS, 12:00-1:30: July 8th, 22nd, & 29th

    Our Story Time guru, Miss B, has planned an amazing and jam-packed fun learning experience based around a Magic Tree House book. The kids will bring their own lunch, enjoy listening to the story and then doing an experiment or other related activity.

    This free 3-session program is designed for children entering 1st or 2nd grade. Children are encouraged to attend all 3 weeks to enjoy the full experience. Space is limited. Registration is required. Call 762-8317.
